Processing Time

All items are handmade to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for processing before your order ships.
Custom or personalized items may take a little longer depending on design complexity. You’ll receive an email notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping costs are a flat rate.
We currently ship within the United States.

Typical delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing
Priority Shipping: 2–4 business days after processing

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays or holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
Ival Creative is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Local Pickup (Optional)

If you’re nearby, you may select Local Pickup at checkout (when available). We’ll email you once your order is ready for pickup.
