Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Ival Creative, each item is handmade and often customized just for you. Because of the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final once your order has been placed. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless there is an issue caused by us.
 

2. Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase as long as production has not yet begun.

  • Once work has started or the design has been approved, we are unable to cancel the order.
     

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at Lavi@IvalCreative.com.

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  3. Once reviewed, we’ll offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

We may request that the damaged item be returned before a replacement or refund is issued.
 

4. Lost Packages

  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us. We’ll work with the shipping carrier to locate it or determine eligibility for a replacement.

  • Please note that Ival Creative is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
     

5. Custom & Personalized Orders

Because custom and personalized products are made specifically for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or with an error made by Ival Creative.
