All orders are processed in the order they are received.

  • Processing Time: 3–7 business days (custom orders may take longer).

  • Once a design or personalization is approved by you, changes cannot be made.

  • Please ensure that all custom text, spellings, and design choices are correct before submitting your order.

3. Payments

  • All prices are listed in USD.

  • We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment options provided at checkout.

  • Payment must be received in full before your order is processed and shipped.

 

4. Shipping

  • We ship orders via trusted carriers such as USPS or UPS.

  • Shipping times and rates are calculated at checkout.

  • Ival Creative is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses, or customs processing times (for international orders).

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Because each product is made to order and often personalized, all sales are final.

  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order is in production.

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll work to resolve the issue.
